Mizoram General Election 2014

Mizoram came into existence on 20th February 1987. It became the 23rd state of India. The first State Assembly was constituted in 1987 with 40 elected members.

There are 1 Parliamentary constituency in Mizoram who choose their member in the elections to work for the betterment of the society and to govern the state. Mizoram has a unicameral state legislature with only one house in the state legislative assembly.
