Tripura General Election 2014

Tripura in the northeast is one of the smallest states in India. It includes the state capital Agartala. The Communist Party of India (Marxist) and the Indian National Congress (INC) are the main political parties in the state.

The state has 2 parliamentary constituencies; Tripura West and Tripura East. Tripura East is reserved for a candidate belonging to Scheduled tribe. Tripura State Legislative Assembly has 60 directly elected members.
