All India United Democratic Front abbreviated as AIUDF is a regional political party evolved from the Indian state of Assam, India. It was previouslyrecognized as United Democratic Front or UDF. It is asecular and national level party of India. The political symbol of the party as approved by election commission is Lock & Key.

The major objective of the party is to wipe out the corruption from society and work for all round development in state to enhance economic condition and living standard of populace. The Mission of the party is tobring changes in infrastructure, education, health sectorsand turn India to a Super power. The party president Maulana Baderuddin Ajmal is basically from Assam and has dominant persona. Badruddin Ajmal is a member of the Indian Parliament from Dhubri Lok Sabha constituency. He is also successful in business front. He formed the All India United Democratic Front on 2ndOctober 2005 in Assam and strengthened its status in Indian politics particularly in the state of Assam.Though the AIUDF is an alliance partner of the Congress at the Centre, it is the main opposition party in the state.

Ideology

Party leaders are dedicated to work for different suppressed sections of society and under-privileged religious and linguistic minority groups in Assam. Its chief mission is to shield their democratic rights and to empower such weak and neglected groups of society.
For election, 2014, it is assumed that congress may make alliance with All India United Democratic Front to contest elections.
