The Peace Party is one of the leading regional political parties of state Uttar Pradesh, India. The party has espoused broadminded thinking with respect to its policies and has influence on people from different sections of society. The party is extending its services to other states in short period such As Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttrakhand, Delhi, Madhya Pardesh, Rajasthan,Maharashtra Odisa, and Chhattisgarh. The election symbol of party as assigned by election commission is Ceiling Fan.

The Peace Party was established in February 2008 by Mohamed Ayub who is famous surgeon and generous contributor. The Peace Party focuses on populace who are striving for betterment of subjugated people of India through political wakefulness and involvement in governance. The prime objective of party is to enhance the condition of people of all classes, particularly dalits, Muslims and the backward/oppressed classes, who have been used by other political parties of India come in power. Primarily, party had presence in Uttar Pradesh but currently it is expanded to other states of India due to its dominant and good ideologies. The main policy of the Peace Party is to unite compatible parties and factions, such as the Indian Justice Party, Lok Janshakti Party, Bhartiya Samaj Party, Janvadi Party and National Lok Hit Party onto single platform. The party organised Muslims and backward sections of society and conquered to get votes more than 70 per cent. The Peace Party first fought seats in the General Election of India in 2009 and got sixth rank by percentage of votes in a field that contained 124 national and regional parties. It had contested 21 of the 80 seats in Uttar Pradesh. In the by-elections that was held in 2010 for Dumariyaganj and Lakhimpur, it gained more votes as compared to leading political party, the Samajwadi Party and Indian National Congress. Party grabbed four seats in state legislative assembly elections of 2012.

Rajesh Singh is UP Co-Ordinator and National General Secretary. Rizwan Ahmad is National Secretory. Siraj Talib is state general secretary, Uttar Pradesh. Riyaz Khan is State General Secretary, Domariaganj. Master Sher Mohammad is Delhi/NCR state president and in-charge. Mohd Akram is Chief General Secretary, Delhi State. Bijendra Singh is National General Secretary. Krishnakumar Dubey is Maharashtra State General Secretary and Mohammad Akil is Special Adviser Delhi State.
